XR Boston at Wake Up the Earth Parade

Wake Up the Earth is a parade and festival dedicated to welcoming spring and celebrating the power of taking collective action to make positive change in our world! And XR will be marching in the parade! Come march with us- we will be sporting flags, costumes, puppets and streamers and generally adding climate justice beauty and energy to the parade!

Parade: Meet at Curtis Hall parking lot, 20 South St., Jamaica Plain. at 10:30 a.m. Parade steps off at 11. The parade is about 2 miles walking.

(Stay afterwards for the festival: we will have a table and be running activities from 12-5. Festival location is Stonybrook T station, JP.)

Bring sunscreen, sun protection, reusable water bottle, a snack.

Suggested dress code: Colorful! Exuberant! Joyful! Wear XR gear if you have it!
